Feeding Support
Every birth experience is unique, and sometimes it can take time to process what happened.
Whether your birth went as expected or felt different to what you had hoped for, you may have questions or thoughts you would like to explore.
Our birth reflection sessions provide a calm, supportive space to talk through your experience, helping you to feel heard, understood and more informed.
What this session offers
During your session, we can:
Talk through your birth experience at your pace
Explore any questions you may have
Help you understand the events and decisions that took place
Provide clear, evidence-based explanations where needed
Support you in making sense of your experience
We offer a gentle, respectful and non-judgemental space where you can share your experience openly.
Our role is to listen, support and provide clarity where possible, helping you to feel more informed and reassured.
These sessions are not counselling or therapy, but a supportive opportunity to reflect and gain understanding.
