Let us tell you a little about who we are. We are a team of two registered midwives based in the West Midlands, with many years of NHS experience. Our paths first crossed while working in the same maternity unit, but we never imagined that life would bring us back together as colleagues teaching in the same sixth form.

Over time, our shared passion for providing bespoke, unhurried maternity care led us to create Empower and Nurture Midwifery. We know how valuable personalised care is, and we understand how difficult it can be for the NHS to offer the time and attention families often need.

Our goal is simple: to provide personalised maternity care to you and your family. We prioritise tailored antenatal and postnatal support because every woman deserves guidance, reassurance, and compassionate care during such a transformative period.
