The Nurture Line is our dedicated subscription-based support service, offering personalised midwifery guidance, reassurance, and continuity of care throughout your pregnancy and early postnatal period.

Our aim is simple, to give you timely, compassionate, evidence-based support whenever you need it, all from the comfort of your phone.

Whether you’re experiencing your first pregnancy or navigating life with a newborn, The Nurture Line provides confidence, clarity, and the reassurance of having a midwife in your pocket.

The Nurture Line is ideal for anyone who would value ongoing reassurance, guidance, and direct access to a midwife between appointments.

What The Nurture Line Offers

The Nurture Line bridges the gap between appointments, providing calm, personalised support and reliable guidance exactly when you need it.

Support is available Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm and Saturday, 8am–1pm, with responses provided within 24 hours during operating hours.

Messages sent outside of these hours will be responded to during the next working period.

How It Works

We’ve made joining The Nurture Line simple, supportive, and clear:

1. Complete your Sign-Up & Intake Form
This helps us understand your needs and ensure the service is right for you.

2. We review your form
We carefully review your information to ensure we can provide safe and appropriate support.

3. We contact you via WhatsApp
You will receive a message within 24–48 hours with your next steps.

4. Set up your subscription
If you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll send your subscription link.

5. Begin your support
Once your subscription is set up, your support begins and you can message us whenever you need guidance.

Terms & Conditions Summary

The Nurture Line provides personalised maternity reassurance and guidance.

It does not replace NHS maternity care or emergency services.

If you have urgent concerns, please contact your NHS maternity team, NHS 111, or 999 immediately.

Support is available Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm and Saturday, 8am–1pm. Responses are provided within 24 hours during operating hours.

The number of weekly conversations depends on your chosen subscription tier.

Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.
